All Thistle & Weed orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Lake Geneva, Florida. We currently ship within the United States using USPS and UPS.

• Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to handcraft, pack, and ship your order.
  
• Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
  
• Warm Weather Notice: Because many of our products are made with natural oils and butters, they may soften or melt in hot climates. This won’t affect product quality — simply place your jar in a cool spot or the fridge to allow it to firm back up.
  

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or stolen packages after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos, and we’ll gladly help make it right.

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at customerservice@thistleandweed.co.site within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will gladly send a replacement.

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches without unnecessary fillers or harsh preservatives, they are best enjoyed within 6–12 months of purchase.

To keep your products fresh and effective:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity
  
• Always use clean, dry hands or tools when dipping into jars
  
• Tighten lids and caps securely after each use
  
• For oil-based products, refrigeration is optional but can extend freshness
  

You may notice slight changes in color, texture, or scent over time — this is normal for natural skincare and does not always mean the product has “gone bad.” If you detect an unpleasant odor or visible mold, discontinue use immediately.

Even though we use natural and gentle ingredients, every skin type is unique. We always recommend performing a patch test before adding a new product to your routine:

1. Apply a small amount of product to a clean area of skin on the inner forearm.
   
2. Leave it on for 24 hours.
   
3. If any irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Thistle & Weed products are handcrafted in small batches under Florida’s Cottage Cosmetic Law, which allows individuals to make and sell certain cosmetic products without a state cosmetic manufacturing permit.

This means:

• Our products are made in a clean home workspace, not a licensed commercial facility.
  
• We follow strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) — including sanitizing tools and containers, careful ingredient handling, and safe packaging.
